Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sioja. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy regarding returns and exchanges carefully before making a purchase.

1. Exchange Policy

At Sioja, we only offer exchanges. We do not provide monetary refunds. If approved the refunds will be credited in orginal source with in 7-10 days. You are eligible for an exchange only in the following specific cases:

Wrong Size: If the size delivered does not match the size ordered.
Defective or Damaged: If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
Wrong Product: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange or replacements, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be intact, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

        Important Note: We highly recommend customers record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package. This serves as vital proof in case of "damaged" or "wrong product" claims.
    

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used, washed, or soiled.
personalized products.
Limited-edition products or items sold during clearance sales.
Products without original tags or packaging.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@sioja.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the product.
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment. (Note: Shipping costs for returns may apply based on the reason for exchange) Approved Exchange will be delivered with in 7-10 days.
