Refunds are only applicable in the following specific cases:

  • Out-of-Stock Products: If you have placed an order and the product is no longer available in our inventory, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Damaged Product (No Replacement): If you receive a damaged product and we are unable to provide a replacement due to stock unavailability.
  • Failed or Duplicate Payments: In case of technical errors resulting in a duplicate charge or a failed transaction where the amount was deducted from your account.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the order has been processed.
  • Slight variations in color or design (as covered in our Terms & Conditions).
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

3. Refund Processing Time

Timeline: Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed within 5–7 working days.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet) used during the transaction. Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing speed.
