Cancellation Policy

At Sioja, we understand that you may sometimes change your mind. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and our logistics process.


1. Order Cancellation Window

Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and marked as "Shipped," cancellation is not possible.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@sioja.com with your Order ID. Our customer support team will verify the shipment status and assist you with the cancellation if the order has not yet been dispatched.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, simply notifying us via email or phone before dispatch is sufficient to cancel the request.

4. Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused at the time of delivery after it has been shipped, it will be treated under our Return/Exchange policy, and shipping costs incurred by Sioja may be deducted from any future credit or adjustment.
